The world is a big place, and a sick one.
The first plank of my foreign policy is to stop paying out money to
other nations. We should take care of our own citizens and our own
country first. Most of what is paid out in foreign aid at the moment
amounts to nothing more than bribes. We should of course consider
requests for help from impoverished nations (if we can find any more
impoverished than our own poor) and help out in times of national
disaster, as we should expect to be helped ourselves. My government will
neither buy nor supply arms.

Wars are mostly caused by one religious
faction fighting another over whose god is bigger and better, or one
racial group hating another so much they want to wipe them out. It is
noticeable that the Pope, Ayatollahs, Kings, Sheikhs etc stay well out
of the way of any conflict. Not any more! Wherever a conflict
breaks out on the face of the earth, the religious or secular leaders
(or both) of both sides are to be sent to the front line immediately.
They stay there until they sort things out. Since neither side will risk
their leaders being killed, an agreement will speedily be sought. Once
leaders realise that they are being held directly responsible for
trouble started in their name, they will look for another solution.
Disagreements could be settled by some sort of sport - that's more or
less like war anyway, innit?
