I bless and consecrate thee in the names of Aradia and Cernunnos Lays down sword, goes to Northeast gate. Admits HP with a kiss, they spin deosil round circle together (if no High Priest admit senior coven member) HP welcomes next most senior member, they spin round circle, and so on, each witch inviting the one who came after her. At this point normally the northeast gate would be closed, but if initiates are standing in the gateway it will be left open. CONSECRATION
OF THE CIRCLE Three witches carry 1) bowl of salt and water, 2) incenseburner, 3) candle - they go round the circle to bless and consecrate it. They can repeat the high priestess’s words at this point, or just say “I bless and consecrate thee, O Circle of Power, in the names of Aradia and Cernunnos”.

our circle, and we ask the blessing of the presence of the Great God of Forests,
Lord Cernunnos, and of the Gentle Goddess of Earth, Aradia. Now
the circle is cast and consecrated, and the watchtowers set up, the archangels
summoned. All is ready, and there is a safe space in which to work. The next
step is to ask the Goddess to descend into the physical body of the High
Priestess.

Charms are cast into the fire, wishes made, friendships sealed, marriages performed. Then the guardians must always be thanked and dismissed. This time any new witches will join with the others in dismissing the guardians and closing the circle.
