Wolf, Ken Tennant (conservative agent), Me, John Lee (conservative MP for Pendle) pictured in our allotment in 1991 during the great 'Storm in a Plantpot' controversy. I would like to point out that I am not, nor ever have been, a conservative. We invited John Lee to look round our allotment as a thankyou for help he had given us. In my opinion he was a very nice man, even if he was a conservative. The article below appeared in the Keighley News of Nelson on May 24 1991 |
